2025 Virgin Buckfast Queens

Just like our Mated Queens, our Virgin Buckfast Queens arguably carry some of the best honeybee genetics available the world over.

The Queens are all homebred by ourselves in the current year, 2025, They are bred direct from our tried and tested, pedigree breeder Queens and subject to our own colour marking system. The Queens come with several attendants and are hatched in a real time hive, as we believe this gives the Queens an added developmental advantage, both psychologically and physiologically in life, opposed to being hatched in the artificial and non communicative environment of an incubator and learn the behaviours that should have been learnt at birth as nature intended further down the line.

These queens are despatched to yourselves on their second day after hatching.
