Now this is proper honey. The bees forage the ancient Forest of Sherwood, together with it’s interspersed primitive Roman Heaths and the surrounding wildlife highways of the hedgerows. Not much has changed where the bees forage in the last few thousand years.

Each jar captures the essence of Sherwood’s changing seasons; subtle variations in flavour reflecting the blossoms and blooms across the year, with the delicate floral notes of spring to the richer, deepening tones of late summer, this honey is a true celebration of nature and nature’s cycles.

Our honey, being coarsely filtered retains all the raw and pure, natural goodness of what the bees have put in it. A jar of this, is one of life’s little luxuries.
