Now this is proper honey. A lovely, moorish wild flower based honey, collected from the plants and trees within the bounds of Sherwood Forest.
You will find subtle variations in flavour reflecting the changing nectar flows across the beekeeping year. There can be delicate floral notes of spring developing into the richer, deepening tones of late summer. This honey is a true celebration of nature and forest life.
Our honey is coarsely filtered simply to get the wax out, so retains all the raw, pure healthy goodness of what the bees have put in it.
A jar of this, is inarguably is one of life’s little luxuries.

Perfection as always. The flavours are always so complex that I could never go back to buying the bland and boring honey from the supermarket! You can’t beat this honey, no matter what you’re planning to use it for. It makes the best honey, lemon and chilli chicken skewers ever!
